MaggieChief Executive
Maggie joined us in 2019 as Chief Executive. She has spent over 30 years in business development, including marketing, recruitment, business support and project management.

Maggie is passionate about complementary therapies and supporting people with cancer having been diagnosed twice in her life to date.

She lives in rural Northumberland with her partner Paul.

Samm Service Delivery Manager
Samm has worked in the charity sector for almost 20 years. She has training, project management, and personnel management experience.
Samm manages the therapies team and assists our Chief Executive to provide high quality service.
Ellie Communications & Fundraising Officer
Ellie joined us as the communications and fundraising officer in 2021. Ellie enjoys helping people become aware of the services that we offer.

The charity has a lot of exciting things planned and Ellie will be working hard to ensure they are a success, with a big focus on our fundraising efforts.

Eemie Quality Assurance Manager
Eemie manages the Charity’s risk, compliance and governance of all activities; developing and auditing policies and procedures in HR, H&S, GDPR and Quality System across the organisation.

Eemie is a technical member of IOSH and a Specialist member of IIRSM.

She is interested in ancient Greek, yoga, hiking and the natural world.

Margaret Cleaner
Margaret has worked at the Woodruff centre since September 2020, her role as cleaner is to ensure the centre is a clean, safe and germ free welcoming environment for all who visit.
Samuel Receptionist/ administrater
Samuel works as the receptionist/business administrator at Coping with Cancer. He ensures that from the first minute anybody arrives here they are greeted with a warm and welcoming introduction. Samuel ensures the safety and comfort of clients and staff as well as making sure our client records are correct.
